Administration

Administration section deals with all establishment and administrative matters relating to this office which are broadly indicated as under

General

 I Appointment of staff ,conducting various departmental examination viz. Subordinate Audit Service, Departmental Revenue Audit Examination for AAuOs. Departmental Examination for Auditors, and other Limited Competitive Examinations for Clerks, etc.

2  Office Accommodation, Maintenance Service Registers and leave accounts, Preparation of Pension papers, General maintenance and up-keep of office

Payment of claims

Maintenance of salary registers and preparation of salary, TA advances and other bills. Maintenance of Registers of expenditure and their reconciliation

Budget and Control over Expenditure

Preparation of temporary staff proposals, Budget proposalas etc,

Other Works

Registering and dispatching outward letters and papers, Maintenance of Service postage stamp and stationery accounts.  Accquisition of Tools and Plant, their maintenance, .  Issue of Passes and PTOs to staff.
