RTI Ranchi has a separate Hostel Block just adjacent to the RTI Office building. The Hostel has 26 rooms out of which, two are VVIP rooms designed to accommodate the AG and above rank Officials. In addition there are 18 rooms and 6 dormitories for participants. All 26 rooms are well furnished with latest modular furniture, comfortable bedding, computer set with Wi-Fi connection, AC, radiant heater/halogen heater, geyser, teapoys etc.

In addition to above, there is a modular kitchen, air conditioned dining hall, air conditioned seating lounge with television, newspapers and magazines.

In the Hostel campus, a beautiful garden is there with various species for flowers and show plants The whole campus is protected by CCTV camera.
