Mrs. Shoba Raman (Welfare Officer)
She completed B.A (Hons.) English from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University in 1985 and M.A. in Public Administration from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur in the year 1987. She joined Indian Audit & Accounts Service in June,1989 in the then O/o the Director General of Audit, Central Revenues, New Delhi. Till June 2019 she has been serving in various capacities viz. AAO, AO, and Sr.A.O. with various Groups. She took over the charge of Welfare Officer from July 2019 in the o/o Director General of Audit (Home, Education and Skill Development). She has experience of working in the fields of Expenditure and Receipts and has conducted many Performance Audits. She was appointed as protocol officer for the Conference of Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions of Commonwealth Countries held in New Delhi in 2017. She has also represented IA&AD Carrom team at State and National level tournaments.
