DA Circulars from ROP 2014 Onwards
The Service details are provided to the Gazetted Officer as and when request is received from the officer. In the online scenario, the service details of Gazetted Officers have been updated electronically in SPARK KSEMP (Kerala State Employee Management Portal ) on occurrence of events such as transfer, leave, promotion etc. This can be viewed and downloaded by the officers.
